How to Get Started
Your hearing care professional will help you decide if SoundConnect is right for you. Once you receive your device, setting it up is easy:- Insert the SoundConnect dongle into your computer's USB port.
- Restart your hearing aids to initiate the pairing process.
- Hold down the button on the SoundConnect until you see a blue light flash.
- Ensure that the hearing aids and SoundConnect are within 59 inches of each other.
